During my varied but primarily commercial career as a bank clerk, IT consultant, and entrepreneur, I observed that throughout all that time I always dealt with the same type of challenges had to do with. Even if the external circumstances changed, it always came down to the same feelings, that were awakened in me.
Insight
From then on, I embarked on my own hero's journey to find out what caused my Experiencing the world was definitely determined. Through the numerous experiences gained with family constellations as well as with newer trauma-based therapeutic approaches, I realized for myself that the way we experience the world around us is largely shaped by our Perception filter certainly will be. That which we call our experience is therefore our personal Interpretation of the events.
Based on this insight, I dedicated myself more intensively to exploring these connections. Because if the foundation of our experience lies within us, then it should also be possible to change it there.
